SWELL 2023
Since 200, the SWELL Sculpture Festival has shown 873 sculptures at the main show on Currumbin Beach. In 2023, the festival is still forging ties between people, art, and the setting, with Currumbin Beach becoming a massive outdoor art show.
The 2023 edition will include over 70 massive modern sculptures and pop-up installations. The modern sculptures on show by local, national, and international artists will take your breath away. Make sure also to visit the SWELL Smalls Gallery on the beach and experience the cultural activities at SWELL Fringe in Currumbin’s Wallace Nicoll Park.
The festival is both exciting and motivating. Check out the various exciting events, such as guided twilight walks, live music, comedy, master classes, artist talks close to the sculptures, and artist-led workshops.
