Our Apartments all offer large balconies with Ocean or hinterland views and all feature private Spa Bath. Even from the first level of Burleigh Surf Apartments we can offer you views of the Ocean through the majestic Norfolk Pines that border the beach.

Each fully self-contained Apartment be it a 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom or 3 bedroom Subpenthouse will feature a large living room area with free Austar Television, a fully equipped kitchen complete with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and dishwasher, full laundry facilities include washing machine and clothes dryer, all linen, iron and ironing board. Direct dial telephone and Broadband access is available from all apartments. All Apartments are Non-Smoking with smoking permitted outside on the balconies only.

 1 Bedroom Standard Apartments
The spacious one bedroom airconditioned apartments at Burleigh Surf have fully self contained kitchens,with a separate laundry, private spa bath, cable TV, Austar and sun drenched balconies which overlook the tropical gardens and outdoor swimming pool. The standard apartments are situated between the 1st and 7th floors and offer restricted views of beautiful Burleigh beach.

 

 1 Bedroom Superior Apartments
Enjoy the ultimate in luxury, relaxing in our 1 bedroom superior apartments. Be guaranteed of spectacular seaviews from the lounge and living areas and enjoy the magnificent views from the spacious north facing balconies. Each apartment is fully self contained, laundry consisting of washing machine and dryer, kitchen complete with dishwasher and microwave oven. Living area is air conditioned, has cable TV and internet connections. Relax in your private spa bath while enjoying the ambience of your surroundings. These apartments are located between levels 17 and 24.

 

 2 Bedroom Standard Apartments
Situated between the 1st and 15th levels the 2 bedroom air conditioned apartments are appointed for the perfect family holiday. Each apartment has a queen bed and master ensuite with spa bath. The 2nd bedroom consists of 2 single beds and a separate bathroom. The kitchens are fully self contained complete with dishwasher and microwave oven and each apartment has a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. The spacious living areas ensure the family will enjoy the cable television, internet connections and fabulous sea views.

 

 2 Bedroom Superior Apartments
Guaranteed uninterrupted seaviews , the 2 bedroom superior apartments are situated from level 16-24 and are perfect for both families and two couples. The size of these apartments guarantee comfort and space for a family to enjoy their holiday in superior surroundings.All apartments are air conditioned and offer fully self contained kitchen and laundry with washing machine and dryer, cable television, internet, spa bath and comfortable furnishings combine to give guests a luxurious stay with views to die for.

 

 3 Bedroom Superior Apartments
This apartment is situated on the 17th floor with breathtaking sea views down to Burleigh. The apartment is fully self contained and contains a master bedroom with q ueen size bed and ensuite spa bath and 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, a second bathroom services these 2 bedrooms.. The apartment is perfect for a family wishing to holiday in a lovely apartment with fantastic seaviews.

 

 3 Bedroom Sub-Penthouse Apartments
Up in the clouds!!! The sub penthouses are located between the 25th and 30th floors. These apartments sleep 6 people in the comfort and guests will enjoy large spacious living and bedroom areas. You will experience luxury accommodation and extensive seaviews from wide sweeping balconies. Each apartment has large fully self contained kitchen with dishwasher & microwave oven. The laundry has washing machine and dryer and each apartment has private spa baths to relax in after a lazy day on the beach. Deposit / Payment Policy:

A deposit of AUD$200.00 is required for all reservations placed for an arrival during our Low Season at the time of placing a reservation and to secure a booking. When you provide us with your M/C or Visa Card details to secure a reservation during our Low Season we will debit the amount of $200.00 from this card immediately the balance will be payable on check-in.

A deposit of AUD$500.00 is required for all reservation placed for an arrival during our HIGH and MID Season at the time of placing a reservation and to secure a booking. When you provide us with your M/C or Visa Card details to secure a reservation during our HIGH or MID Season we will debit the amount of $500.00 from this card immediately the balance will be payable on check-in.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Reservation/dates cancelled more than 30 days out from arrival date incur a loss of 50% of the deposit amount.
Reservations cancelled less than 30 days out from arrival date incur a loss of 100% of the deposit amount.
We endeavour to keep our deposit requirements as low as possible so as not to greatly disadvantage those guests who may need to suddenly cancel their reservation through ill health, accident or unforeseen circumstances. Refunds are processed by Trust Cheque in $AUD only.
