Fantastic News that we have all been waiting for!

Our Burleigh Heads Resort Indoor Heated Pool renovations are now fully behind us and this wonderful facility is once again open for hours and hours of fun and relaxation for all the family!

At Burleigh Surf, we are constantly striving to improve our standards and our Indoor Pool at the Burleigh Heads Resort is the most loved of all our facilities. It has been a real priority for us to upgrade it to the highest possible standard and offer all our guests a first class experience.

We are extremely pleased with the end results and you can see from the pictures provided how amazing it looks. We have glass louvers surrounding the pool which aid air flow giving it a really open look and feel whilst maintaining the balmy 31c temperature of the pool and surrounds. Our new Steam Room is enormously popular and our spa is as soothing as always.

Wild Weather Oswald leaves,replaced by Sunshine at Burleigh Surf Apartments

Ex-cyclone Oswald may have made its presence well and truly felt on the Gold Coast over the Australia Day Long Weekend but no lasting damage has been incurred here at Burleigh Surf Apartments and our usual blue skies and sunny weather have once again returned to us for a fabulous weekend.

It was a memorable weekend with strong winds and driving rain but that has given way to beautiful sunshine and 30c temperatures, just perfect for a dip in our outdoor pool or a walk along the beach. Clean up work continues in some areas but overall it’s business as usual and for many, you would never know the concerns of a week ago.

Burleigh Heads Esplanade Apartments

With any special celebration, getting it right is important.  Our recent guests got it right when they chose Burleigh Heads Esplanade Apartments at Burleigh Surf as the perfect accommodation choice for a special wedding celebration.  Read what our happy guests had to say about this Burleigh Resort and Burleigh Heads.

“We have just come back from celebrating our 10th Wedding Anniversary at Burleigh Surf Apartments, this was not our first visit but it was certainly a memorable one. We bundled the kids off the their grandparents, grabbed a couple of bottles of champagne, packed a few essentials and we were off. I wasn’t aware where we were heading as it was a surprise from my husband but it didn’t take long to make out the familiar surroundings of Burleigh and our favourite Resort in the area.

Sadly we could only spare 3 nights, it may have been short  but it was just great. Our Burleigh Heads Apartment was beautiful, as we didn’t have all the family with us on this occasion my husband had opted for a 1 bedroom Superior apartment up on the 21st level. Spectacular views both day and night, lots of room to move, big balcony and comfy sofa and bed with private spa bath – we made use of it all. We even managed to spot 3 whales looking out from the balcony on the 2nd day – magic!

We enjoyed a lovely relaxing stay and can’t wait to return hopefully before the end of the year. This is a really convenient location, close to local shops and directly across the road from the beach. The staff are very friendly and make you so feel welcome right from the beginning, they even brought the flowers my husband had ordered up to the apartment and popped them in a vase for me for when we got back from a morning out  – a lovely surprise.

Burleigh Accommodation

Burleigh Surf Apartments offers fantastic Burleigh Accommodation, even if it is winter and the weather is cool. With so much to do at this great resort and the Burleigh Heads area, it is an ideal holiday destination for the entire family.

“The weather was just too cold in Toowoomba last week for my family so we decided to try our luck at a few days down the Gold Coast. Although the locals were complaining that it was cold by our standards it was relatively balmy! Burleigh Surf Apartments located in beautiful Burleigh Heads is our favourite place to go to and the thought of the beautiful beach and local dining venues made our decision a very easy one. On arrival the warm and familiar greeting by the ladies on reception who treat us like old friends was a welcoming as it always is, a great way to start off the holiday.

As usual the 2 bedroom Burleigh Heads apartment was spotlessly clean, we normally stay in a middle apartment but at short notice we weren’t able to secure one of these but the north/eastern position turned out to be godsend as it was toasty warm the entire stay. The views from this position are just amazing and we may even be converted in future. Swimming at the beach was out of the question on this visit but the indoor heated pool was absolutely perfect for my family. Long lazy days doing nothing but relax was exactly what we all wanted and when the children needed a bit more excitement, the games room filled this need perfectly.

For some reason we always sleep really well at Burleigh Surf and this was no exception, must be a mixture of the sea air, relaxed atmosphere and comfy beds.

We have been coming here for almost 9 years now and have recommended this building to many of our friends who now count themselves as “regulars”. The great location, along with spacious, clean apartments, friendly staff and management who are happy to do whatever they can to make our stay enjoyable and a reasonable tariff make this place a winner for our family. Lots of good memories here and the makings of many more I hope.”

Longing for a weekend jaunt at the Gold Coast? Stay at Burleigh Surf Burleigh Heads Apartments and enjoy  great Gold Coast Accommodation.  Read what a recent guest from Toowoomba had to say after enjoying their weekend at our resort at Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast.

“The weather in Toowoomba was wet and overcast so we decided a weekend away at Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast would be a good idea. We didn’t hesitate to contact Burleigh Surf Apartments which is on the Esplanade at North Burleigh as we have been a number of times previously. To our delight they had a one bedroom superior Burleigh Heads Apartments available on the 22nd floor. Having been there last in June 2011 we knew the high standard of Burleigh Heads Accommodation they offered and did not hesitate getting packed and loaded up arriving a little after 1pm to find our room ready for us. The spectacular views from our Burleigh apartment were breathtaking, the night view of the lights of Surfers Paradise were magical.

We had a fantastic warm lazy weekend basking in the sun on our balcony, enjoying the indoor pool a game of tennis (just a few hits in all reality) and one great morning breakfast/brunch down in Burleigh township at a cafe called The Pantry which was highly recommended by the Reception Staff – excellent food!

Burleigh Surf Apartments is a great place to spend time at whether it be a short stay as we seem only able to take or longer stays that my sister has been able to enjoy. It’s close to everything but away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds of Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach.

We need to do this more often and have promised ourselves to return to Burleigh Surf  and beautiful Burleigh Heads within the next 3 months – fingers crossed.”
