“We booked at Burleigh Surf Apartments for our family reunion of 3 sisters on the recommendation of a work colleague and were very pleasantly surprised with our 3 bedroom sub-penthouse apartment. None of us had been to Burleigh previously but this building came highly recommended so we gave it a try after a number of phone calls to make sure it was what we were wanting. The apartment was very spacious, more than enough room for 3 couples with plenty of living space to retreat to if required, we found it to be clean and well looked after – always a plus! The kitchen was great, lots of room for the 3 husbands to cook breakfast for their wives each morning!
We only manage to get together every 2 years so it’s really important to us that we can have a great Gold Coast holiday and it feels special. We were all impressed with Burleigh Heads Apartments, from the relaxed but professional atmosphere on arrival to the amazing views and then the lovely Burleigh Heads apartment itself. The only thing that we would comment on was that none of the 3 bedroom sub-penthouses have 3 queen beds, only 2 queens and then 2 x singles beds. We found the management to be very helpful though as they arranged for the single beds to go together as best as possible – very good sevice.
Lots of cafes and eating houses within a short walk and even more within a 5 minute drive. Coles supermarket is just across the road so all in all extremely convenient for us. After 14 days of bliss enjoying the most beautiful Gold Coast view you can imagine it was time to go. We are so pleased this great Burleigh Heads Family Resort was recommended to us, after a memorable stay we will be coming back for our next reunion in 2 years, we’ll start counting down now!”

 Burleigh Heads Accommodation at Burleigh Surf Apartments “With the Queensland school holidays fast approaching we decided to take our 4 children off to the Gold Coast for the 1st time. My in-laws recommended their holiday paradise in Burleigh Heads so after go online and looking at reviews of Burleigh Surf, Burleigh Heads Apartments we decided to take their recommendation and give it a go. With 4 kids aged between 5 – 11 years we wanted somewhere close to a patrolled beach and a place that could offer us a peaceful and relaxing stay without having to worry too much about entertaining the family…Burleigh Heads offered all this and more.
After a 6 hour trip to get to Burleigh Heads we were all pretty ratty and anxious to settle in as quickly as possible, we were greeted by the friendly girls on Reception who very quickly sussed us out as needing to get into our accommodation as soon as possible and they moved hell and high water to give us an early check in which was greatly appreciated.
Our accommodation in Burleigh Heads was a 3 bedroom apartment on the 17th level and I could tell almost immediately that this would be absolutely perfect for our family and WOW what a view! I could see the ocean from the sofa and walking out onto the balcony you could see the flags to the patrolled beach – exactly what we wanted! Playground areas line that strip of the beach which was perfect for my family and a big thrill for the youngest.
Leaving me to unpack hubby took the kids downstairs to the indoor heated pool leaving me in peace at last! Meal times became quite affordable as the a number of BBQ areas within the grounds we were able to have most of our meals downstairs cooked at the BBQ’s often followed by a walk on the beach or along the Burleigh Heads Esplanade.
We really enjoyed staying at this building and found the apartment to be clean and more than comfortable for our family. The gardens and facilities were all well looked after and the people running this place were friendly and approachable. We’ll be back and next time it will be off to the Gold Coast Theme Parks!”

“The weather in Toowoomba was wet and overcast so we decided a weekend away at Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast would be a good idea. We didn’t hesitate to contact Burleigh Surf Apartments which is on the Esplanade at North Burleigh as we have been a number of times previously. To our delight they had a one bedroom superior Burleigh Heads Apartments available on the 22nd floor. Having been there last in June 2011 we knew the high standard of Burleigh Heads Accommodation they offered and did not hesitate getting packed and loaded up arriving a little after 1pm to find our room ready for us. The spectacular views from our Burleigh apartment were breathtaking, the night view of the lights of Surfers Paradise were magical.
We had a fantastic warm lazy weekend basking in the sun on our balcony, enjoying the indoor pool a game of tennis (just a few hits in all reality) and one great morning breakfast/brunch down in Burleigh township at a cafe called The Pantry which was highly recommended by the Reception Staff – excellent food!
Burleigh Surf Apartments is a great place to spend time at whether it be a short stay as we seem only able to take or longer stays that my sister has been able to enjoy. It’s close to everything but away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds of Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach.
We need to do this more often and have promised ourselves to return to Burleigh Surf and beautiful Burleigh Heads within the next 3 months – fingers crossed.”

“My husband and I have just returned from a fantastic Gold Coast holiday at Burleigh Surf Apartments where we stayed in absolute luxury on the 22nd level in luxurious Burleigh Heads Holiday Accommodation. We have just celebrated 50 years of marriage and our family kindly gave us a gift vouchers to stay for 1 week at this wonderful location, what a wonderful gift. We arrived to be greeted by friendly reception staff and when we entered our Apartments we were delighted by the breath-taking views down the coastline to Surfers Paradise and right out to sea as far as the eye could see. Our children had arranged for flowers to be delivered and champagne cooling in the fridge for our arrival – what heaven. The Burleigh Heads Apartment was so lovely we really didn’t want to leave the sun drenched balcony and in the evening we enjoyed the most magnificent sunsets. Burleigh Surf is situated on The Esplanade at Burleigh Beach and when we were up to leaving our apartment we could stroll along the Broadwalk and have lunch at the Surf Club and enjoy sitting on the park benches watching the many people using the get fit facilities, not us at our age. Watching was tiring enough and we were happy to wander back to soak in the spa pool and have an afternoon nap. We had lovely weather for a few days and when the rain came it didn’t matter in the slightest as our apartment was more than spacious and comfortable enough for us to stay put for the day. We could not thank our family enough for this wonderful gift and we are already planning to return to Burleigh Surf for our next Gold Coast holiday, no waiting for another anniversary for us.”

We have just returned from a family holiday at Burleigh Heads staying at Burleigh Surf Apartments feeling very exhilarated and ready to get back into our daily routine.
What a wonderful break we had and it was so good to catch up with friends who live in the Burleigh area which was our main objective to do.
Our Burleigh accommodation was very comfortable and we were very impressed how clean everything was. Our friends had recommended Burleigh Surf Apartments to us and we were so happy they had. I had been on line and read a few reviews for this building and was very impressed on other guest comments. So here I am doing the same!! as I strongly feel they deserve good feed back.
First impressions are so important and the minute we walked into reception until the morning we left we felt welcomed.
We had invited our friends over for a BBQ and a game of tennis at the resort followed by a casual stroll on the beach which is directly across the road and ended up at the Surf club for a nightcap and all agreed what a fabulous day we had all enjoyed.
The location of Burleigh Surf Apartments is great just across the road from the surf patrolled beach and North Burleigh surf club. The Coles supermarket 5 minutes walk away for those essential food items we need. So for anyone who is looking for a comfortable, clean, well presented and affordable holiday then give Burleigh Surf Apartments a go as you will be pleasantly surprised.

 Spacious Burleigh Heads Holiday Accommodation Read what a recent guest had to say after enjoying great Burleigh Heads Holiday Accommodation at Burleigh Surf for a recent family get together.
“We had sent out invitations for my father`s 70th birthday and did not expect the great response of acceptances we received so the hunt was on to find accommodation for 25 guests coming from all over Australia for the happy day.
Our requirement was to find somewhere handy to Mum and Dad`s who live in Christine Avenue in Burleigh Heads where all the Uncle and Aunts and younger cousins and their children could be very comfortable and have a enjoyable time, so somewhere that caters to the full range of age groups to keep everyone happy. Burleigh Surf Apartments was recommended to us and after a very pleasant phone call to the building and a lot of helpful information provided by the staff we decided to go ahead and book 5 apartments of various sizes, that`s the great thing about this place, they have a full range of apartment sizes to suit all needs.
Not only did everyone enjoy celebrating Dads special day but we also could not speak highly enough about the accommodation. All of the rooms we booked were fully self-contained, spacious and tastefully furnished with great sea views. The indoor heated pool became the focus for the older generation before gathering for their get together`s at breakfast. The young ones travelled down after lunch and had a brilliant time and wandered off to the beach late afternoon.
The friendly maintenance man helped us with the TV as Uncle Tom had a problem with the instructions but it turned out to be him! The staff were so obliging and polite and nothing seemed to be a problem for them. I had been told when making the bookings that we would not be disappointed with the units and to my delight my very houseproud Aunt commented on how beautifully presented and clean her unit was. I would fully recommend Burleigh Surf Apartments and am so grateful the accommodation was as promised to me.
As we farewelled our extended brood two promised to catch us again soon and have already booked to come back to Burleigh Surf in May when they have a great special happening – they can stay for 7 nights and only pay for 5 at this time of the year in a 2 bedroom apartment – now that`s reason enough to return!

Burleigh Heads Apartments – Guest Review
My family and I have just returned from a break on the Gold Coast where we stayed at Burleigh Surf Apartments in North Burleigh. It’s been a long time since we have been down to the end of the Coast as we usually stay around Surfers Paradise but on this occasion we thought we`d try out a change to get away from the maddening crowd and boy were we glad we did. Our rooms overlooked the beach with great views, the only complaint of noise was the sound of the waves, not much of a complaint!
Directly in front of this resort complex is a great walkway with fun exercise equipment open to all, we tried some of it out and it is really popular with the locals so great fun to sit and watch them hard at it from our balcony. Plenty of open parklands with picnic areas and direct access out to the beach which has a surf lifesaving tower and flagged swimming area made this a really convenient, safe and family friendly location. Coles supermarket is a couple of blocks away along with lots of small food outlets so there was no need to get the car out expect for the daytrip we took to Mt Tamborine.
We ended up extending our stay here for 2 more days and even though the weather on those last 2 days did not match up to what we had previously had it was great to just unwind and relax in this gem of a spot. The staff are friendly and more than willing to go that extra bit to offer great service, something you don’t see everyday anymore. We will definitely be looking at making a trip back here sooner rather than later.

 Burleigh Heads Holidays Burleigh Heads is the perfect place to holiday for everyone. Read what a recent guest from rural Queensland had to say after enjoying their Gold Coast holiday at Burleigh Surf.
‘Burleigh Surf Apartments on the Esplanade at Burleigh became our holiday retreat that was a surprice gift given to us by our family at Christmas this year – what a treat, amazing Burleigh Heads Accommodation in a fantastic location.
Working and living in rural Queensland this proved to be something very different for us to experience but once we arrived and settled into our beautiful unit we started to immediately relax and enjoy it. This is so different to waking up and listening to our livestock and putting the gumboots on……instead we were waking up to the sounds of the craching waves on the white sandy beach which was just across the road from us.
Surprisingly my husband who routinely gets up at 4am every morning enjoyed his sleep-ins (must have been the good salt air mixed with a couple of drinks) and he finally started to unwind.
We so enjoyed the indoor pool area with the spa and sauna which for us became a real highlight of our stay, we often went down in the evening for a swim to relax before hitting the pillow.
The facilities offered at Burleigh Surf were very good, we used the BBQ’s a couple of times (once for breakfast), we did not make it to the tennis court but did manage a few games of pool in the games room which kept us entertained. We also enjoyed that the local buses seem to run 24/7 around here, the nearest bus stop was only a couple of minutes walk away so the car stayed in its secure underground car park for the duration of our stay while we happily moved around on the public transport.
The Burleigh Heads holiday at Burleigh Surf Apartments was amazing and just what we needed, unfortunately we weren`t able to get away for as long as we might have liked as the family were looking after the property for us and a week was all that could be managed with all the other commitments but a week has given us the taste and we will be back for more. We both agreed that this was the best gift ever and it going to the top of our Christmas wish list for next year.’

‘We have just returned from a family holiday on the Gold Coast, first time to this area in a very long time but we will definitely be back. We stayed at Burleigh Surf Apartments right on north Burleigh Beach, great location directly across the road from patrolled/flagged beaches so the kids were able to swim safely a stone`s throw from where we were staying. We visited North Burleigh Surf Club for dinner one night – huge servings and pretty good family food with good value for money. There`s two children`s playgrounds an easy 2 minute walk for the Resort and a Coles shopping centre a 5 minute walk away (felt a bit longer on the way home when you`re buying for 4!)
We went into Surfers Paradise to see what had changed over the years and were very pleased to see a number of family friendly activities taking place. There was a fantastic sandcastle building competition on, massive big sandcastles built right down on the beach, we could have stayed and watched this all day. The night markets were a great hit and one evening we enjoyed a family cinema down on the beach – really good family fun for everyone.
Burleigh Surf has a great tennis court which our eldest was constantly on being a mad keen tennis player and the indoor pool was perfect on the one day of rain that we had. Our room had fabulous views of Burleigh Heads and the ocean and even had a spa bath for Mum and Dad! The staff are friendly and very helpful, they went out of their way to organise car hire for us at a great price.
We thoroughly enjoyed this Burleigh Heads accommodation and our Gold Coast family holiday and are we are keen to return later in the year work/children`s schedules permitting.”

Wheels at Burleigh Surf Apartments……great Burleigh Heads accommodation for the disabled. Not always easy to find holiday accommodation that is tailored to suit those that are disabled, much to my delight our last holiday was a pleasure for us all.
“Wishing to take my disabled daughter on holiday to Burleigh Heads I had to find a resort that could cater for my requirements. Looking for somewhere nice I found a couple of good reviews about Burleigh Surf Apartments so decided to book 10 days there and try it out. What a pleasure to arrive and see they had a disabled lift in the foyer enabling me to get the wheelchair up to the other lifts with no hassles.
Our apartment was great, furnished beautifully and so very spacious which allowed for easy mobility with the wheelchair. The shower in the ensuite had a small lip which we had been advised about when I made the booking but we were able to use that with the shower stool we had hired through the resort. We also found the balconies to be very generous in size which was a great blessing as my daughter could spend quality time out there watching what was happening on the beach and thoroughly enjoying herself.
These things are very important to us when planning a holiday as we have to cater to special requirements and we found the staff at Burleigh Surf very helpful and obliging which made our time there very pleasant and relaxing.
Our stay at Burleigh Surf Apartments was a very nice experience and we are planning our next trip already.”
